Best psychologist website designers in Australia (2026)
Published November 2026 · By Manon Vernay, founder · her story
The best psychologist website designer is the one who already knows the Ahpra advertising rules, connects the booking software you use, and fits your budget and practice size. Below are seven Australian studios that build for psychologists, with what each offers and a "best for" so you can shortlist two or three.
Yes, this is our list and yes, we're on it. So we state the criteria, describe everyone from their own websites, and tell you who suits what, including when that isn't us.
How we built this list
Every studio below says on its own website that it builds for psychologists or therapists. Every fact comes from a page we opened on 28 October 2026 and checked again on 4 November 2026. Prices appear only where the studio publishes them. We haven't ranked anyone by quality, because we can't see inside other people's projects. Instead, each one gets a "best for".
What we looked for: they talk about the advertising rules for registered practitioners, they connect the booking software psychologists actually use, and they show real practice work.

The list
Creative Baguette (us), Sydney. Most practice websites cost $1,900 to $3,800 + GST, and care is from $97 a month + GST. You usually see the first version within a week of our chat. We write the copy from a conversation with you, with the Ahpra advertising rules in mind from the first draft, and one person owns your project from start to finish. You own the site and your files. Best for: solo and small practices that want a warm, clear site without writing it themselves.
Kavera Digital, Sydney. One of the few studios that publishes its psychologist pricing in full: a Launch Website (one page) at $600 + GST, Launch Plus (up to five pages) at $1,500 + GST, and a Business Website for group practices of up to 15 pages at $4,000 to $9,000 + GST. First-year hosting is free, then $199 a year + GST. It links your practice software for booking and plans sites around the Ahpra limits on testimonials. Best for: practices that want a price on the page before they make contact.
Lollipop Creative, Bayside Melbourne. Custom sites built on WordPress for psychologists, therapists and other allied health practitioners across Australia. Its "Website In A Day" offer covers branding on day one and up to four custom pages on day two, and it also sells templates. It names Halaxy, Cliniko, Power Diary, Splose, Zanda and Nookal for booking. Pricing is in a downloadable price guide. Best for: Melbourne practitioners who want branding and a site done in a short, focused burst.
Seed Web Design. Run by a clinical psychologist turned website designer, with over 10 years in the psychology field. Sites are built on Squarespace, with packages from a single page (Sprout, about a week) to a seven-page site and a full custom build, plus ready-made Squarespace templates listed as coming soon. Pricing on request. Best for: psychologists who want a designer who has sat on the other side of the session, and who'd like to edit their own site later.
Medical Marketing Group, Australia-wide. A healthcare marketing agency with a dedicated psychology website service. Design is custom ("no templates, no stock imagery"), copy is written and reviewed against Ahpra advertising guidelines, and booking connects to Cliniko, Power Diary or Halaxy with routing to the right psychologist. It quotes 8 to 10 weeks for a solo site and 10 to 14 weeks for a group practice. Pricing on request. Best for: group practices with several clinicians, assessment services and a bigger budget.
practiceedge, Diamond Creek, Victoria. Psychology websites built on WordPress, with branding, content writing, online bookings, care plans and hosting, plus SEO and Google Ads as separate services. It also runs an Ahpra audit tool on its site. Pricing on request. Best for: practices that want their website and ongoing marketing with one agency.
MangoTree Media, South Melbourne. A pre-built WordPress therapist website with three demo designs, customised with your copy and photos. Booking works through your own system, such as Halaxy, or their booking plugin. Its page lists prices starting at $999 with your own booking software, or $1,499 with the plugin, and says the site can be ready in a few days. You choose the host. Best for: a new solo practice that wants a finished, bookable site on a small budget.
Who we'd send you to
If you run a large group practice with procurement steps and several months of runway, a bigger healthcare agency like Medical Marketing Group is built for that. If you want to manage the site yourself on Squarespace, a specialist like Seed Web Design makes more sense than us. If you need a site this month for under $1,000, a pre-built option like MangoTree's will get you there.
How to choose a psychologist website designer
Price and taste matter. For a registered psychologist, four questions matter more.
"How do you handle testimonials?" Ahpra's advertising rules don't allow testimonials about clinical care in your advertising, and your website counts as advertising. A good answer mentions the rules before you do. If the designer suggests a "kind words" slider, keep looking. Our plain-English guide to the Ahpra advertising rules covers what's allowed.
"Which booking platform will you connect, and how many taps is it from the homepage?" Halaxy, Cliniko, Power Diary or something else, the designer should link or embed the system you already pay for, not build a new one. Ask to see a live practice site they made, on your phone, and count the taps to a bookable time.
"Who writes the words?" Some studios write the copy, some edit yours, some expect it finished. That changes the price and the timeline more than the design does. If they write it, ask whether they'll check practitioner titles and qualifications against your registration.
"Who owns the site if I leave?" You should own your domain, your content and your site outright, and be able to move it. Get that in writing before you pay a deposit.
Two more things worth checking: whether the quote includes your fees and rebate information (people look for it first, see what a psychologist website should include), and what the monthly cost covers after launch. If you're a counsellor rather than a registered psychologist, the rules differ a little: what a counsellor website should include explains how.
For what the whole thing should cost, our psychologist website cost guide has the numbers, and Wix, Squarespace or custom built helps if you're still deciding whether to do it yourself.
