Website support: send a message, it gets done
New phone number. New team member. New prices. Old website.
Businesses change faster than their websites. Support means you email the update in plain words and someone who knows the website handles it.
No logging in. No technical explanation. No ticket disappearing into a queue.
And if your website was built by someone who has since vanished, you are in the right place. We rescue those too.

What support covers
Content
changes
Send it in plain English
Update text, replace images, change contact details, publish a blog post or correct information that has moved on.
Website
improvements
Growing, not just fixing
Need a new page, section or larger change? We can scope it, quote it clearly and add it without making you search for another developer.
Fixes and
troubleshooting
Something looks strange?
Something looks strange, behaves differently or has stopped working. Send the problem. We investigate and explain the answer without turning it into a technical lecture.
Practical
advice
Honest, even when it saves you money
Sometimes the answer is, “Do not add that. Here is a clearer way.” That counts as support too.
The maintenance nobody sees
Updates and
security
Quietly current
The website’s software, components and security setup stay current where the technology requires it.
Daily backups
and recovery
Restorable, not just stored
Daily backups, with a recovery process suited to the website’s infrastructure. A backup that cannot be restored is just a comforting file.
Uptime and
performance
Watched so you don’t have to
We monitor availability and performance so obvious issues are addressed before they become long-running problems. Most of the time, you will not hear from us. That is a good thing.
Care plans from $97/month.
- Hosting, maintenance, monitoring and routine support in one place.
- One-off work is quoted before it begins.
- No surprise invoices and no mystery time sheets arriving three weeks later.
Most clients stop thinking about their website between updates. Which is honestly one of the nicest reviews we get.
