Which service do I need?
You don’t need to know. Tell us what’s going on with your website and we’ll tell you what it needs, whether that’s a full build, a refresh, an audit or just someone to look after it.
Can you fix a website someone else built?
Yes. Plenty of our support and maintenance clients came to us with a site built elsewhere. We’ll take a look, tell you honestly what’s worth keeping, and take it from there.
What do your services cost?
Landing pages start from $700 and most small business websites sit between $1,900 and $3,800. Care plans start from $97/month after launch. Audits and branding work are quoted clearly before anything starts.
Do I have to sign up for ongoing support?
No. Care plans are optional. Most clients stay on one because never thinking about hosting, updates or security again turns out to be quite nice.
Who actually does the work?
Creative Baguette is a small studio led by Manon. You talk to the person doing the work, not an account manager passing notes down a chain.
Who you’ll work with
Manon Vernay, a French-Australian web designer, and the person you actually work with.
The same person shapes the structure, writes the copy, makes the design decisions and follows the project through to launch. No account managers. Nothing gets lost between the person you brief and the person who builds.
