A modern look built to attract the right clients
ADX Accountants came to us needing a website revamp: something more modern that attracted the clients they actually wanted.
A long-running relationship, working together since 2022.
Industry: Accounting
Work: Website redesign, brochure design, ongoing relationship since 2022
/ Working together since 2022
The starting point: a good firm, an outdated website.
ADX Accountants needed a revamp, a website that looked more modern and attracted the right clients rather than just any client.
Accounting is a trust business. Before anyone hands over their tax affairs, their super or their business structure, they look the firm up. If what they find feels dated, a good firm quietly gets skipped for a shinier one. Not because the work is worse. Because the website made people hesitate.
ADX had the opposite problem to most: the expertise was well ahead of the shopfront. The firm advises on tax planning, business structures, SMSF and succession, serious work for business owners, and the old site read like generic accounting. It attracted anyone, when ADX wanted someone: established businesses with real structuring and tax questions.
Not a rebrand from scratch. A sharper, more current version of who they already were.
The decisions that mattered
A new design,
built to look modern
Attracting the right clients
We rebuilt the design to feel current and specific, aimed squarely at the kind of clients ADX actually wants to work with, not a generic accounting-firm look. The homepage leads with the problems those clients actually have: tax that feels excessive, cash locked up in the business, structures that need protecting.
Services structured
as specialisms
Specialist, not generalist
Each service got its own page: tax planning and minimisation, tax compliance, superannuation and SMSF advisory, succession and estate planning. A business owner with a specific question lands on a page about exactly that question, not a wall of everything.
A brochure,
built alongside it
Consistent, off the website too
We designed a brochure to work with the new site, so ADX's printed and digital presence match. The firm hands over something that looks like the website, and the website backs up whatever got handed over.
A relationship,
not a one-off
Working together since 2022
ADX Accountants has been a client since 2022, a long-term working relationship rather than a single project handed over and forgotten. Hosting and ongoing site management have stayed with Creative Baguette since.
What shipped: a full firm presence.
The redesigned adx.com.au covers the whole client journey: dedicated pages for each specialist service, pages for the team and the wider ADX network, client testimonials in the firm's own words, and a blog for tax and business updates.
Prospects don't have to ring reception to take the first step. Online booking is built in, so a business owner reading about tax planning at 10pm can book a consultation on the spot.
And after launch, the site didn't get orphaned. Creative Baguette hosts and manages it month to month: software updates, content changes, the small fixes that keep a professional site feeling current instead of slowly going stale.
The result: a website that matches the calibre of the firm.
ADX now presents the way it actually operates: specialist, structured, easy to take a first step with. The site has been live and cared for since, and the relationship that started with a redesign has run continuously since 2022.
Questions accounting firms ask us
How long does an accounting firm website take?
Once we have your content and photos, you usually see the first version within a week.
From there we refine it together and launch when you are happy with it.
Do we have to write the website copy ourselves?
No.
We write the first version from one conversation about your firm, your services and the clients you want more of. You correct and refine, which is far easier than starting from a blank page.
Who looks after the website once it is live?
We do.
Hosting, maintenance, software updates and content changes are handled on an ongoing care plan, so the site stays current without anyone at the firm becoming the accidental webmaster.
