A first website, and a brand that's consistent everywhere

Impact Therapeutics & Support had been practising for a while, but had no website and no online presence.

They needed a site that actually reflected who they are, connected to how they already take bookings.

Industry: Psychotherapy and counselling, Port Adelaide & online
Work: Website design and development, booking system integration, Google Business Profile setup, photography, brand clean-up, blog

Impact Therapeutics & Support website, designed and built by Creative Baguette

/ impacttherapeuticsandsupport.com.au

The starting point: a real practice, invisible online.

Impact Therapeutics & Support had genuine experience and existing clients, but no website meant no way for new people to find them, understand what they offer, or book with confidence.

For a counselling practice, that gap costs more than most. The people looking are often overwhelmed already, and many are checking on behalf of someone else, a parent researching for their young adult, a family arranging support at home. They need to feel safe before they pick up the phone. A practice they can't find online, or can't read about properly, doesn't get that far.

There was also nothing consistent to point at: no logo that worked everywhere, no photography, no place where the different parts of the practice sat together and made sense.

The practice existed. The online presence didn't.

The decisions that mattered

A website
that reflects her

Video, not just text

A calming, personal site built around video and imagery that actually shows who she is, not a generic clinical template.

Connected to
her existing booking

No new admin

The site links directly into her current booking system, so clients book the same way she already runs her practice, no new process to learn.

Google Business Profile
set up and live

Findable, not just online

Her Google Business Profile was set up from scratch and is now live and running, so the practice shows up when people search nearby. It has drawn 80 interactions since going live, from a standing start of zero.

One consistent brand,
everywhere

Website, social, everything matching

New photography and a cleaned-up logo mean her brand now looks consistent across the website and social media. A new blog was also added to support her SEO.

What shipped: the whole practice, in one place.

The site Creative Baguette built gives every part of the practice its own clear home: private therapy and counselling, the Beyond Symptoms program for students and young adults, NDIS psychosocial support, and aged care and support at home. Someone arriving for any one of those finds their path without wading through the rest.

Booking runs through the free 15-minute intro call Kristine already offered, linked throughout the site, and the practice's details, Port Adelaide rooms and Australia-wide telehealth, are plain and easy to find. An Insights section gives her writing a home and supports her SEO over time.

And the site sits on Creative Baguette hosting with ongoing care, so it stays working without Kristine touching it.

The result: found online, booked with ease.

Impact Therapeutics & Support now has a real online presence for the first time: a website that reflects the practice, a Google Business Profile live and running, and a brand that looks the same wherever a client meets it.

The Google Business Profile went from not existing to 80 interactions in its first two and a half months: calls, direction requests and clicks through to the website, all from people searching locally who simply could not find the practice before.

I Can't Recommend Manon Highly Enough

From the very beginning, she took the time to genuinely get to know me, my business, and the vision behind Impact Therapeutics & Support. Rather than simply building a website, she invested time in understanding who I am, what I stand for, and the experience I wanted people to have when they visited it.

Her attention to detail and the care she puts into her work are exceptional. Every aspect of the website feels thoughtful, professional, and beautifully designed.

What impressed me just as much was her responsiveness. Any time I had a question or wanted something adjusted, it was done almost immediately. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always happy to help.

The end result is a website that truly reflects me and my business, and I've received so many compliments on it already.

If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about creating something that represents you, not just another website, I wholeheartedly recommend Manon.

Questions this project usually raises

I've never had a website. Where do we even start?

With one conversation.

Creative Baguette builds the structure, writes the copy and creates the first version for you to react to, so you keep running your practice instead of doing website homework.

Can the website connect to how I already take bookings?

Yes.

This site links straight into the booking system Kristine already used, so clients book a free intro call the same way she already runs her practice. No new admin to learn.

What is a Google Business Profile, and do I need one?

It's the listing that appears when people search for you, or for services near them, on Google and Google Maps.

For a local practice it matters as much as the website. We set Kristine's up from scratch as part of the project.
