A refresh, and time back on every new client

Evolve Chiropractic's website no longer felt aligned with the practice. They wanted a refresh: new photography, new colours, a simpler story.

And a way to turn more visitors into booked, onboarded clients without extra admin.

Industry: Chiropractic and allied health
Work: Website refresh, photography direction, automated client onboarding

Evolve Chiropractic website, designed and built by Creative Baguette

/ evolvechiropractic.com.au

The starting point: hard to tell what they do and how to start.

The old site no longer matched the practice, visually or in what it communicated. New patients needed a fast, clear answer to two questions: what does this practice do, and how do I book?

Allied health has a particular version of this problem. Most people arrive at a chiropractor's website slightly unsure: unsure what treatment involves, unsure whether it is for them, sometimes nervous about the whole idea. A site that is vague or dated feeds that hesitation. A site that explains care calmly, shows the actual team, and makes booking obvious does the opposite.

Behind the scenes, onboarding new clients was manual and repetitive, eating time that could go toward patients instead of paperwork.

Two problems, one project: a clearer front door, and less admin behind it.

The decisions that mattered

New photography,
new colours, simpler story

A design she loved

A full visual refresh, new photography and a new colour palette, built around a simple, clear explanation of what the practice offers and how to book.

An automated
onboarding system

The quiet time-saver

New client forms were built into an automated onboarding flow, so new patients are captured and set up without someone manually chasing details.

Simple enough
to stop worrying about

Easier than expected

Evolve was worried the new system would be complicated to run day to day. In practice, it turned out straightforward, one less thing to manage rather than one more.

What shipped: a clearer front door, and the machine behind it.

The refreshed site at evolvechiropractic.com.au, rebuilt by Creative Baguette around new photography of the actual practice and team, a new colour palette, and a simpler story. The structure answers a new patient's questions in the order they ask them: who the team is, why choose this practice, what chiropractic care actually involves, and how the first visit works, with real patient testimonials alongside and a Book Now action that is never more than a click away.

The practice also has its own blog on the site, giving them somewhere to publish health advice in their own voice and keep the site alive between visits.

Behind the front door sits the quiet win: new client forms feed an automated onboarding flow, so every new patient is captured and set up without anyone at the front desk re-typing details or chasing paperwork. The time saved lands on every single new client, which is what makes it compound.

The result: more clients, less admin.

Evolve has reported an increase in new client intake and reduced time spent onboarding each one. The practice owner went in expecting the new system to be difficult to run, and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it turned out to be.

The Process Was Smooth, and the Results Have Been Fantastic!

Before working with Creative Baguette, our online presence was lacking, and we weren't reaching as many people as we could.

Since the new website launch, I've noticed a significant increase in inquiries, and more people are finding and engaging with my business. The results speak for themselves and I couldn't be happier!

Questions this project usually raises

Do we have to start from scratch, or can you refresh what we have?

A refresh is often enough.

If the structure underneath is sound, new photography, colours and clearer copy can change how the whole practice reads online without a full rebuild.

Can new patient forms and onboarding be automated?

Yes.

Intake forms can feed an automated onboarding flow, so new patients are captured and set up without anyone manually chasing details.

Will a new system be complicated to run day to day?

It should not be, and this project is the proof.

Evolve expected the new setup to be hard to manage and found it straightforward: one less thing to run, not one more.
